I. Delivery area

Delivery is only available within the Europe.

II. Shipping costs

1) Delivery within Germany is free of charge for orders over €60.00.

For orders up to €59.99, shipping costs are €5.95.

2) Delivery without tracking & insurance to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (excluding oversea terretories), Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monca, The Netherlands (excluding oversea terretories), Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia is free of charge for orders over €80.00.

For orders up to €79.99, shipping costs for these destinations are €9.95. 

With tracking & insurance, delivery is free of charge for orders over €90.00. For orders below €90.00, tracked and insured delivery costs €13.95.

3) Delivery without tracking & insurance to the United Kingdom and Switerland are free of charge for orders over €90.00.

For orders up to €89.99, shipping costs are €13.95.

With tracking & insurance, delivery is free of charge for orders over 100.00€. For orders below  €100.00, tracked and insured delivery costs 18.95€

4) For all other shipping destinations within Europe, delivery without tracking & insurance is free of charge for orders over €100.00.

For orders up to €99.99, shipping costs are €16.95.

With tracking & insurance, delivery is free of charge for orders over €120.00. For orders below €120.00€, tracked and insured delivery costs €19.95.

 

III. Delivery information

 

1.) Delivery times

Delivery times are 3-5 working days within Germany and 5-7 working days within the rest of the delivery area.

 

2.) Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period.

If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
